"I worked with Pamela in IBM when she was responsible for talent development for the Industrial Sector. She brought some of the most creativity to sales development that I’ve seen. Her challenge was to bring legacy sellers into the realities of the 21st century. She combined sales savvy with innovation and diplomacy to deliver tailored offerings that delighted her clients - great results in a challenging environment. Pamela is a great coach and an even better development partner!"
